I have a 6650XT and it's a very good card. Comparable to an RTX-2080-Vanilla.

I also have this and really like it. I got the 6600 for $200 but ended up returning it for the 6650xt when it was on sale for $210 which I believe is the lowest it has ever been. XFX build quality is a lot better than the Powercolor 6600 I had

Possible, but it depends on your graphics-detail settings and desired FPS. I would get something more powerful for that, like a 6750 XT at least. At that resolution, you're driving a pixel count closer to 4k (i.e., not 4k, but close).

XFX customer support staff are native English speakers, and they didn't give me any hassle when I wanted to RMA a card for high temps (likely dried up thermal paste). They replaced the card, I paid shipping. Warranty period is 3 years for graphics cards IIRC

6600 XT is the new RX 580 - cheaper cards that punch above their weight.
I bought a Sapphire 6600 XT when it was $325 (cheap at the time because it was 1k during the mining stuff) and now its $500 on Amazon.

I put 400 hrs into Borderlands 3 at 1440 and the game played so well I dropped plans to get a 6800, Driver updates and other improvements made the 6600s much better than at release.. 6650 was never much of an improvement over 6600.

What were your temps if you don't mind my asking? I'm currently in the RMA process with ASRock over an RX 6800 running 110-116 hotspot.

It would hit 110C+ within a couple seconds after starting up a game

I had both powercolor and xfx, but both had issues with zero overclocking. Though I just installed this Sapphire which I oc'd more than the factory oc and it is the best one so far. With an old i7-8700 (non-K) and am getting 1080p with 54-59 fps in vanilla Skyrim Special Edition on ultra settings and can not even hear the fans unless there is a huge battle (ie Saints/Seducers). Also not using super resolution(RSR), AFMF or FSR - just raw performance since TV is only 60Hz.

$210 is the lowest I have seen these for. This is a $150-$180 card at this point. It's a good card but the price is too high for an old card.

Then what do you recommend may I ask?
