From what i can find, this program was cancelled out couple months ago. so those that paid the membership fee are able to get the high ink rewards until membership runs out. looks like plus membership is being redirected now to easy rewards basic signup. large businesses are moved over to business pricing
The program has been canceled over a year ago. Those who are grandfathered in (like me) can keep renewing for now for those benefits.

So, I'm PLUS. Recycled 30 carts.

Got 20x400 (regular reward for Plus)

Got 1x500 (tech recycle, one of the 20 inks counted for this)

Got 10x500 (the new 10 cart offer in the account)

Total = 13500 points. = $67.50
Thanks for the tip. I didn't know I could do 30 for the new offer. I assumed the first 10 of 20 would get the extra bonus.

The multiple offers appear to have different offer numbers.

Has anyone tried to take advantages?

Yes they're not as cheap as they used to be, but they're well worth it to me.

PS: keep in mind that Office Depot also has an ink recycle program (10 carts/mo @ $2 ea with a minimum $10 store spend/mo required which is easily achieved with periodically free after rebate items like Duracell batteries).
what do you spend your rewards on? their toilet paper is way overpriced. pm isnt that flexible since most of their restroom products have diff counts/model # than the local grocery stores. so after ebay costs and their overpriced items, its like a few dollars in savings. their "commercial" restroom supplies are all cheap in quality.

same story at od. nothing to buy over there. pm with amazon or walmart is like pulling teeth. i know it depends on the areas. but that happened at my local od. they train their employees well. i dont see the same face everytime i stop by their store. i got so much of stamps already. have been playing this game since the cost of the stamps were almost half price of it right now. but decided to pull the plug for awhile already. more than half of their batteries leaked and died 5 yrs before the exp date.

It may not work for some, but it definitely works for our family as the Staples and OD/OM rewards programs have consistently earned us $1K+ yearly for some time now. In the past week alone we've sold four TI-84 Plus CE calculators that were bought using rewards, that was $300 in our pockets (and a bargain for our FB Marketplace back-to-school buyers). Tons of opportunities out there, just have to think outside the box.

nope, Staples/Carrier canceled the card, so I bought the plus membership to keep 20 carts going.

From a company level, genuine ink and toner @ 50% off is a great deal. I use those rewards, in conjunction with Amazon return 15% coupons to buy stuff for the office, especially on discounted k-cups, accessories, pens etc.

Thanks OP I had 12 cartridges lying around that I was going to recycle sometime soon and this made me do it since I ended up getting 5700 points recycling some batteries as well! (10x500 ink , 2 x 100 additional ink, 1 x 500 battery) was worth 28 dollars!

I've bought from Planet Green on eBay about a half dozen times through the years, most recently ~450 for $100, so they're only about 22 cents/ea. Yes they're not as cheap as they used to be, but they're well worth it to me.

I bought from green planet a few months ago. they must've noticed i was watching the item for a few days before i purchased it, because they sent me an offer for $8 or $9 off the price.

I've been away from the Staples rewards program for a while. I missed the part where rewards are given to you to use instantly! I dropped off 20 cartridges and a bunch of old rechargeables that no longer charge... walked out with all the supplies my kids need for school (plus some extras for the class) for under $0.80 (with some leftover rewards, too)!

Can this be only done once? What is the limit per month or per account?

Thank you for the breakdown. I'm also PLUS. Last time when I recycled 20, 1 was counted as tech recycle and 19 was regular.

That's changed for the moment. You don't need to add one extra for tech recycle. However you can do a battery recycle if you want the $10 off $30 coupon.
