The 10 day free trial starts when you activate your SIM card via the MobileX app.
3. Is there an activation fee?
There is no activation fee but there is a $1.98 fee for a new phone number (if you want one) and
a $1.98 platform fee each month.
4. What network does this work on?
Considered to be one of the fastest 5G networks. Featuring premium data and 5G Ultra
Wideband in more places. Compatible device required; coverage not available everywhere. 5G
is not available in some areas of the network.
5. How does it work?
Our free trial learning period lasts for up to 10 days or until the included data is used whichever
comes first. After the 8-10 day mark you will get a recommended plan based on your usage,
you can decide to go with that plan or choose your own. The first month will be full price, a up to
$10 discount will be applied to the first renewal after activating and then your bill will return to
the normal cost for future months.
6. Do you have free data rollover?
Yes!
With the custom access plans, they have rollover included but instead of rolling over as usable
data it rolls over as a discount credit so for instance I will put an example below
how roll-over data works with MobileX on a custom access plan. With MobileX, instead of the
data rolling over as usable data it is instead turned into a discount credit that applies to your bill
once it's renewed.
Example:
Let's say during the 1st month you use 2GB of data out of the 10GB you had with your plan.
When it came time to renew for your 2nd month, the 8GB of data leftover ($16.80) would roll
over as a discount credit. This means when you're renewing your plan for the 2nd month
instead of the data portion costing $21.00 it only cost $4.20 because you are only paying for the
2GB of data that you used + the rest of your plan (talk/text, platform fee, taxes) so your renewal
would be $10.68 + tax instead of $27.48 + tax.
Basic unlimited data will just renew when the plan does, leftover data on this plan will not
rollover.

8. What are the activation requirements for compatible phones?
Download the MobileX app, go through the prompted onboarding steps, choose to activate with
the SIM card and put in your IMEI 1 and ICCID slot.
After you activate with your SIM/eSIM it's just setting up the APN profile on your device which is
also highlighted in the app where you will be prompted after activating in order to use the data
on your plan.

10. How do I turn off autopay?
Autopay is the only method we support at this time. Each account is required to have an active
payment method on file and be in some form of active plan to stay active
11. What can I do if I am having trouble with my address or credit card payment at
checkout?

You cannot cancel or refund your order. If you have questions on your order you can check

15. Do you want to cancel your Service?
You are free to cancel at any time there are no charges. If you port in a number you are free to
port out no issue. If you get a new number from us, as long as the number fee is paid and it's
on an active plan it can also be ported out (10 day trial does not count as an active plan)
When you cancel, there is no fee at all you can do it in the app or just make an in app support
request asking us to delete your account, purge your info, provide port out info, etc.

me too, but it's pretty much a given that all the cheap mvnos are Verizon these days.
And secondly, just because the MVNO is Verizon, doesn't mean the service will be the same. When I had Redpocket Verizon, I would put my phone onto the table next to my mothers Tracfone Verizon. She would have 4 bars and I would have 0 bars.
Every member of my family who has used Verizon MVNO's have had the best service and customer service with US Mobile. They may not be the cheapest, but they have good, relaible service and you can always reach customer service.
