Question: I take it with all shoe brands you get what you pay for?

My son got a pair of Ultraboost on clearance that lasted around a year. Got him a pair of $35 Adidas on clearance at the outlet and he said after 2 months a hole developed in the fabric. Both running style shoes with the same usage.

Not really. They're all overpriced fabric and rubber for the most part. $3-4 in materials for a $100+ product, usually.

The $130 price tag on Ultraboosts is hilarious.

Look at all the people buying that OC junk. Shoes are personal like anything else but I've yet to try on a pair of OC that are comfortable. They're just suburban mom and pop shoes around here for when they go grocery shopping or walk to the mall.
