I bought a pair of Jordan 1s from Nike last week for 60, and 2 months before that a pair for 50. I'd hold out, personally.

Lol same here. There's been a lot of Jordans on sale recently and I'm not even supposed to be a shoe guy and already bought 2 pairs and haven't even worn them that much. It's all marketing manipulation making shoes feel like collector's items but instead they are just depreciating away in your garage.
