Definitely some paid-for shills in here. Anyone looking at this thread should ware of anyone spouting that this is a "deal" of a lifetime and trying to rush you into hoops and credit card signups.

Not a great deal unless you are specifically looking for a OnePlus phone. There are better phones for better deals elsewhere.
Can you please suggest a better deal? No iphone, no samsung, no google pixel, what else can I choose from? I need both esim and physical sim. Thank you.

Not true. I have seen some really good deals on Samsung in the past year. Biggest con is Oneplus brand recognition. You walk into any social circle with a Onepus and they gonna think you are poor and less educated. Nobody cares about a shitty Oneplus backpack or buds. This is a bad deal.
Dude, if you are going to places that recognize you for you phone, you are either a teenager, or you going to wrong places...
what a bs.. how is price of your phone related to who you are or how rich you are?
I know a bunch of poor idiots who buys top phones and pay for it for years, that mean that are rich or cool ? f no..

Bestbuy recently had a sale on Pixel 8 pro which is way better compared to this junk. Better Camera and better software support and no worries about Chinese watching your girlfriend naked. I got the pixel 8 pro for $380 ($200 for iPhone 12 Pro from eBay and trade in with best buy and paid $180 on top).
Well, I dont know 1+12 yet, but i did buy pixel 8 just a week ago from best buy.
And I can say that pixel 8 is junk.
It heated up during setup so hot that I could not hold it.
It heats up everytime it wirelessly charges, its UI has stupid google search bar on bottom of screen that cant be removed. Its screen is so soft that it got few scratches in half of day by just laying in my pocket. I never had any scratches with my old samsung S21+.
So after reading some pixel forums, I am staying away from pixels for now.

I never had 1+ before, so I am going to find out what are they like.

I think you are ignoring the fact that in a lot of people's lives social signaling is a very big deal. The fact that you don't care about it doesn't change that fact. Now that being said, in a lot of countries where there is a lot of good mass transit people don't social signal with cars(like in Mericuh where cool cars big trucks and spinning rims are the thing) but phones and other mobile accessories.
If you're not a younger Teenager in the very least and spending more for an inferior product so your adult "Friends" will like you more that is flat out pathetic imo no matter how you try to spin it. Believe it or not you can just buy what you want and still find friends for well.. being yourself? Your last two posts are not something to be proud of.. On top of all that what would your elitest friend group think of you being on a site like slickdeals? Your little fake reality isn't the majority, that's for sure. Also, spinner wheels? Are we back in the earlier 2000's? Even then, I didn't know a single person that actually bought them.. EVEN the really, REALLYYYY cool kids. Maybe in the South it's still going? If I seen another grown ass adult buying spinning wheels in 2024 that would make me avoid them more then anything.

Put the price in the title.

I would say this is a pretty good deal on the 16GB/512GB version. Oneplus phones are all about speed. I bought a oneplus 11 16GB/512GB last month for a family member, and that thing is blazing fast no matter what you do with it. You can also fully charge in 20 minutes. Camera cannot compare to Pixel though.

Does Oneplus 12 support dual sim? Seems it has eSim. I meant dual physical sim.

Edit:
Does have dual sim.

Many of the posts in this thread shouldn't be taken seriously. One Plus has been around for a long time now.

I was looking specifically for this phone for a few months to upgrade from my old Oneplus 8 which still is fast and runs great. Ended up purchasing a Samsung S24 Ultra 512 on a deal a few weeks ago and enjoy being back in the Samsung ecosystem.

That said, this OnePlus is blazing fast and would have no issues getting one or recommending to someone. Reviews have been great for it, just like the OnePlus Open foldable.

So you are one of those that needs to wear name brands to boost confidence. I don't give a crap what people think about the brand of phone I use. Rich people don't flash their wealth like poor wannabes, do you know what kind of car does Warren Buffet drive? Let me give you a tip, it's not Ferrari. He knows a deal when he sees one and he applies that value seeking in investment and he doesn't care what people think about the brand of car he drives

OnePlus fixed the camera quality on the OP12, I watched many YouTube videos reviewing the OP12 saying the camera is comparable to S24U and Pixel 8. I have been waiting for their free gift deals cuz I knew it was coming so I finally pulled the trigger cuz my LG G8 is slow due to battery degradation
