The yellow cage has 2.36" x 2.36" (60mm x 60mm) uprights with 1" holes. No spotter bars were included with mine. Came with dip bars and four J-hooks.

I got the yellow a few weeks ago, no safety bars either, made some from iron pipe. For the price I am very happy especially the lat/cable pulldown attachment.

The black doesn't have the safety bars anymore in the picture and SDers mentioned they are no longer included in a previous thread.

Not really, it still has multiple j-hooks, but I get your point. Earlier versions included the spotter bars, but at a higher priceā€¦I think they're just trying to sell accessories.

Note that this is allegedly a 2" rack (attachments will say 2.5" but I think they measuring the outside dimensions).

Plenty of cheaper squat racks are sold without spotter bars, or with really junky ones.

I believe anything that fits hulk fit will fit this you would double check though. I think it's a 2.5" bar with front holes only.

I ordered the yellow last time. It did not include the safety bars. I contacted the company and they say the models no longer include them. They are not responsible for seller images. FYI, I did return it. While the frame did seem pretty sturdy, the hooks were pretty cheap. I wouldn't trust it to hold anymore that the bar and maybe 45's. Guess that's why they removed the safety bars.

I bought the yellow one about a week ago, 2.36". It is harder to find attachments. I bought the cable attachment separately and its nice to have.. a little stiff. I've got some RitFit safety arms coming tomo (amazon). Some safety straps from BellsofSteel coming in tomo too... They should fit. I just saw today that HulkFit (amazon) has some in stock now that should absolutely fit. I also have hulkfit plate holders that were perfect. With all that said, I've added an extra $250 in pieces that you could probably get in a bundle cheaper otherwise. If you just need the rack and jhooks, I think its awesome. Easy to put together.

I actually need a workout bench you guys recommend anything $200 and below? The bench that came with my workout set is pure junk and already broke. I don't need the best of the best but something that is middle ground quality.
