Edit: Customer support said it's the 4gb.
The 3050 is 4GB, not 6GB. You can get 3050Ti at this price and 4050 with a few dollars more along with a newer processor.

He's using an old HP right now but it doesn't have a dedicated graphics card so it basically won't play a lot of games he wants, including fortnite, and even when it does run TF2 it's not great.

I would like to add wait a week or two and see if the A16 Asus with the 7700S comes back down to $680 and just get that, it will run circles around this laptop for $100 more.... Also open boxes have been as cheap as $525ish when it went on sale for the $680.
