Ford Fusion Energi 2019-2020 buyback

Ford has announced they will buyback your 2019-2020 Ford Fusion Energi.

I just want thru this process and wanted to offer some advice, first is to start the process it takes about 3 weeks to complete. Check with the online car buying services to get a price, you can "cheat" a little to get a higher price. When you get the offer from Ford tell them about the online offers they bumped my offer by $1500.00. Once you get to the offer accepted process, you will get an offer from Ford for ~ $1500.00 off if you purchase another Ford ( I did not wait) this offer is on top of pretty much any other offer. I was able to pick up a "new" with some mile on it 2023 Ford Escape Energi and with about 6K off the sticker of 46K, my 18600 buyback from Ford the 5K tax credit from Colorado and the $3750 federal tacx credit with the $2500.00 that Ford offered that I missed out on. The on top of that they had Zero% financing for 72 months can make it a nice deal.
Heck you might even be able to pick up a 2019 Fusion Enegi for a good price and make some $$ on the buyback!

I can see creating a slickdeal of people buying up Fusions and then having Ford doing the buyback for a 15% premium
