As long as it is MFi, it is good as any other cable. Considering that Apple was forced to move to USB-C, a lot of retailers are dumping their stocks of lightning cables.
C'mon... 85 cents per cable. If you have teenagers, lifespan of any cable is less than 4 months anyway....

14 is still using lightning connector. USB-C starts with 15.

Strange that it doesn't meet SD's quality guidelines for Amazon 3rd party sales.

1. It's promoted by a Paid SD Staff Influencer, so the rules don't apply
2. They lowered all the standards anyway.

I bought these for the same price like a month ago. I'm using two of them at my bed. Working just fine.

I bought these earlier today, I saw the 10' mentioned in the description but it didn't really cross my mind until just now how long 10' is... or maybe at the time I assumed the 3 cables totaled 10'?

Anyway, now I'm wondering what I'm going to do with all this cable slack? Big Grin

Thanks! I bought 2 packs. Cheap cables to have around for family, friends & their kids . Everyone always forgets these and everything I use is usb-c now.

The coupon didn't fully stack for the 2nd one. So it was $7 and some change (with tax) for 6 cables. That's still good IMO.

Edit: The codes do work in separate orders, are not one time use on an account.
Quote from aabbccbbaa :
If you buy more than one pack in an order, the 25% off coupon only applies to one. But the 50H3DUY4 code will take off approx $5 from each pack (it actually takes off $5 per pack except for the last pack, where it takes off $4.99). Interestingly enough, if you want to buy multiple packs it's better to order them separately (1 pack per order). That way both the 25% off coupon and 50H3DUY4 code will be applied per pack. I did this with 2 packs and could've done it with a 3rd but I'm not sure I need that many 10' lightning cables (I recently ordered another pack from a different deal).

Is that an actual thing not to do?
It's more a risk with poorly-made power adapters than with charging cables, and was more of a thing in the earlier days of smart phones. Bad cables will typically just refuse to charge, whereas poorly made adapters were more prone to overheating and in extreme cases if left unchecked could catch fireβ€”so the fear was it catching on fire while you're sleeping.

Man I've bought more lightning cables in the past year then I've bought in the past 10 years before that combined. They are getting worse and worse in quality. They are constantly breaking. In for some more spares.

Had 1.72 in rewards points on the Amazon card. $1.81 for 3 10 foot cables. Ok, fine, you got me this time Chy-NUH!

Even tho I will soon have zero use for lightning cables (finally).

Maybe my mother can use them on her old iPad or iPhone 13
