As long as it is MFi, it is good as any other cable. Considering that Apple was forced to move to USB-C, a lot of retailers are dumping their stocks of lightning cables.
C'mon... 85 cents per cable. If you have teenagers, lifespan of any cable is less than 4 months anyway....
14 is still using lightning connector. USB-C starts with 15.
It's more a risk with poorly-made power adapters than with charging cables, and was more of a thing in the earlier days of smart phones. Bad cables will typically just refuse to charge, whereas poorly made adapters were more prone to overheating and in extreme cases if left unchecked could catch fire—so the fear was it catching on fire while you're sleeping.
Coupon worked for me. Interesting how it's not working for some others.
This is super cheap, what a great deal, thanks OP.
This set is perfect to replace my parent's cables that broke on them. Maybe now they'll be good to go for another year or two.

Your post prompted me to try again, and I figured out what was wrong. Make sure the seller is "Nepage" (mine was previously set to "SEXMEPS"). With the right seller, the coupon code 50H3DUY4 works and stacks with the 25% off. Thanks!
Thanks! I bought 2 packs. Cheap cables to have around for family, friends & their kids . Everyone always forgets these and everything I use is usb-c now.
The coupon didn't fully stack for the 2nd one. So it was $7 and some change (with tax) for 6 cables. That's still good IMO.
If you buy more than one pack in an order, the 25% off coupon only applies to one. But the 50H3DUY4 code will take off approx $5 from each pack (it actually takes off $5 per pack except for the last pack, where it takes off $4.99). Interestingly enough, if you want to buy multiple packs it's better to order them separately (1 pack per order). That way both the 25% off coupon and 50H3DUY4 code will be applied per pack. I did this with 2 packs and could've done it with a 3rd but I'm not sure I need that many 10' lightning cables (I recently ordered another pack from a different deal).

Thanks for pointing that out. I thought of that before ordering, but saw the comment earlier in the thread saying the code didn't work on their account. That it must have been used before. I wasn't sure if it was one time use or not. So, I checked to see what the cost was with 2. There was a $2 difference & I figured it wasn't worth testing.
I probably should've tried 2 orders first. I could've gotten a 3rd one for the price difference in this case... Listening to a random poster, who probably didn't click apply before closing the page for the discount code, is on me.
Thanks for the heads up! For anyone else who reads those comments, try it yourself first.

Yeah, coupon codes usually (but not always) only work once. The only reason I thought to try placing separate orders is because I saw that the $5 discount from the coupon code was getting applied to every pack when I had them in the same order. I was also ok with only getting 1 pack in case my hunch was wrong.

I can confirm that the 25% off coupon and 50H3DUY4 code can be used at least 5 times. I have placed 5 separate orders and it is still letting me use both for a 6th order.
Even though lightning is on the way out, plenty of people will still be using them for years, as many people still have older devices and phones that work fine.
$2.50 for three 10 feet cables makes this a no brainer for me at least. I just ordered a few packs.

I agree. I just ordered a bunch more (it seems like there's no limit to the code and 25% off coupon). As I tend to buy cheap cables, they usually start to go bad after 2 or 3 years (even the supposedly MFi certified ones) . It will be good to have a stash of backup cables. I can also give some to friends or strangers. Plus my family members are often breaking them in random ways. The latest casualty - a less than week old cable that was connected to a phone when the phone was knocked off the table and fell onto the ground. It appears that the cable connector hit the ground first, as the lightning connector was bent. RIP cable but thankfully the phone was fine.
Make sure you have the right seller selected (Nepage). I still have a pack in my cart that I added a few hours ago and the discount from the code is still working there.
