Would caution people about working directly with LG. I received a TV with a damaged screen a month ago from the Partners Store, and their customer service was so awful about being responsive and then in doing what they said they would. Even their social media team is bad.

I finally had to file a BBB complaint. The TV was supposed to be picked up on Friday in a 4-hour window. It wasn't, no one called, and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone at LG with authority to continue moving this along.

It might be best to have Handy set up the TV for you. It is free service from LG and if there's a problem with the TV they'll pack it back up and ship it right back to LG.

10% code from text sign up doesn't work on OLED TV for me. Neither does the code LABORDAY.

Anyone has advice on what I maybe doing wrong?

Very interested in this deal. What are the requirements to join the partner store?

Edit - used my wife's government email to signup. 10% text code only good for a few different things like dehumidifiers etc. they have changed it. Got the 77". Just moved and left behind my 5.1 wired speakers and sub, so this was a great deal for me.

I checked my order and it seems mine is also cancelled! My soundbar shipped and still waiting for the tv to be shipped. Did you get them?

Anyone else's soundbar really slow to ship? I at least have tracking from RXO for my TV next weekend but no tracking info for the soundbar and on the website it looks like it hasn't shipped. I ordered a week ago and it already missed the initial ETA.

I just set up my C# 77". Maybe some fine tuning will help it but thus far I am not impressed and my 12 yr old Samsung handled a lot of aspects better.

1. There is a lot of noise. Borders around imgs, subjects.

2. Blacks are deep but a lot of times it is splotchy.

3. Img is not as detailed. Faces are "soft" - losing detail.

4. Watching this Texas Michigan game is very disappointing. It looks like it is buffering. I am on cable - not streaming.

I have a 48" C2 and liked it. But this is very disappointing for the price point.

I ordered on August 29th and got my TV on Sept 4th. My s95tr showed an estimated delivery for the same day. Tv is here but still waiting on the soundbar.... No tracking for the soundbar yet either.

Damn, have you tried reaching out to LG yet? I've sent emails to Customer Support with LG and the LG Partner Store and no response.
