Would caution people about working directly with LG. I received a TV with a damaged screen a month ago from the Partners Store, and their customer service was so awful about being responsive and then in doing what they said they would. Even their social media team is bad.

I finally had to file a BBB complaint. The TV was supposed to be picked up on Friday in a 4-hour window. It wasn't, no one called, and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone at LG with authority to continue moving this along.

It might be best to have Handy set up the TV for you. It is free service from LG and if there's a problem with the TV they'll pack it back up and ship it right back to LG.

You can stack with the 10% off coupon signing up for texts/emails. I purchased yesterday for 77" C4 + soundbar at $2201 shipped to CT. Best deal i've seen.

If I had to guess, the promotion was more popular than they anticipated. Most complaints I've seen were for the s90tr. My guess is the backorder will probably be worse for that model.

I ordered the 65" on 8/27 with the free sound bar. The surround came 1st week of Sept and the tv scheduled for 9/10 and was delivered around 8am that day.
Phenomenal screen quality as our last flatscreen is at least 10 years old and still kicking pretty good but nowhere near the picture quality.

I am planning to return mine (lg 65" c4 with sc9 bundle) and get lg g4 instead. If you are interested in that, DM me. I used 10% coupon and not looking for profit.

I called them yesterday and I can return it without restocking fee within 14 days of delivery (I did not open the box). I mentioned that the gallery stand is cancelled so I will go with G4 as I have to wall mount the TV now. Not sure if that had any thing to do for having easy return though.
