I contacted BestCigarPrices via chat and they seem to be aware of the issue and are planning to send the $20 gift certificates next week. They are sending me the cutter separately. I did ask if I could get a free shipping code or discount code in lieu of the cutter but they would not do that (would have much preferred free shipping on a future order over the cutter).
Attaching sample images of the cart, the Chat text and screenshots of the listing when it showed the $20 promo and cutter in case anyone has issues

I haven't received my shipment yet and I don't care if I receive the $2 dollar cigar cutter but I damn sure want the $20 gift certificate so I can get some free gars.
I will be calling them on Monday.
Update: After chat they are sending a new order with the cutter and an email for the gift certificate. Asked if they could ship in a box and was told they would make note of it.

Especially since their prices are in general competitive, but not compelling, I'll probably go back to a more established vendor.
The cheap wood ones are awful and don't seal. If you find one, just ensure you get one that has a good seal. Order a digital hygrometer (

I received my cigars Saturday. They were in an envelope but did not get crushed. They are now in my backup humidor (Humidify bag with a Boveda) getting re-humidified.
If yours did get damaged in shipping, you should contact them. I have ordered from them 3-4 times and never had any damaged, but they have been helpful when I contacted customer service.
