Having both sets I can say the Dewalt is better quality and is slightly heavier.
HF 19mm: 212.5g
Dewalt 19mm: 216.5g
Personally, I would lean more towards the HF set since it has more sockets.

For a few bucks more, i'd pay for extra piece of mind and not be stuck with a half disassembled car.
Case is ok. Fairly simple set good quality.
The second link is 12-point, and unfortunately, had a coupon that just expired on the August 15th, 2024.
There's also the Pittsburgh Pro (has gone as low as 24.99 but not too frequently) that has 10-pc (11,12,13,14,15,17,19,21,22,24): https://www.harborfreig
I will mention the case though since in my experience HF sockets just come with a little plastic packaging that isn't reusable.
Also, I think the HF cheaper sets (the Pittsburgh brand) use chrome vanadium while the Pittsburgh Pros' are chrome molly and also with laser etching. Don't think it comes with a case. Probably the Pittsburgh Pro is a more apt comparison which is sold at $32.99 and goes to $24.99 very occasionally (02-04-2023, 07-27-2024).

It really depends what your needs are. If you only need a few sockets and the Dewalt set has everything you need, this is a good deal.

- The usefulness of the included case. (Clasps & super thin inner tray are prone to breakage but flimsy case still much better than no case.)
- The 7 sockets cover the range of sizes you will need.
Reasons to buy the Harbor Freight set- The 13 sockets provides a more complete range of sizes.
- You plan on breaking sockets & are close enough to a HF store that the warranty is appealing.
Invalid reasons to buy the DeWalt setProbably only worth if you're a real mechanic.
