Update: I called the number above, and a kind lady pushed through the port-in in 5 minutes.
I used different phone data line (wifi off), different CC, and slightly different address, but still no luck. Guess I am gonna have just one phone.
Metro Cust Service was unable to help complete any orders past the first one.
Service has been decent overall some issues with navigation dropping out in South Bay area, but overall giving my current financial presentation and the fact that they said yes twice for a couple Grand and devices made it worth it in my book to try it out!

So visible 5 dollar plan, port number out. Receive the new iPhone and then what? Just use their SIM right away or activate the phone on the new account first?
Then cancel/turn off auto pay?
