Let be clear on their unlocking policy. There is 365 days waiting time, and also the phone should have service for 180 days within 365 days. This is per my recent conversation with their customer service agent.
Please remember that their unlock policy criteria does not specify automatic unlock regardless of the service time.

You're missing the point here. 99% of us only want to pay $125 1x to get the phone. You want to pay $70 a month for 2 years. Not us😀

Its the 8 digits pin u set during order. Only you know it. You did set it. You just forgot. Most of the time is your birth year ex:19801980

Thanks, but I can't change my address to order the phone.
2nd attempt failed too, now I can't place another order.
Calle them and was told the order and porting is in process and gave me a request number, noy order number, asked to wait 24 hours.

Order late morning on Thursday. As of late Friday night, no shipping notice.

I also ordered yesterday and not shipped yet. First order shipped next day. Seems like there is some delay

tried to order the 3rd phone & credit card info/line check all completed but got the call us at 1-888-8-metro8. Does it mean if I call in I will get some standard security questions & agent will manually push the order through or is this a no go?
