Let be clear on their unlocking policy. There is 365 days waiting time, and also the phone should have service for 180 days within 365 days. This is per my recent conversation with their customer service agent.
Please remember that their unlock policy criteria does not specify automatic unlock regardless of the service time.

You're missing the point here. 99% of us only want to pay $125 1x to get the phone. You want to pay $70 a month for 2 years. Not us😀

Just ordered a second 12 for $85+tax. I might do it a third time and get iPhone 16s for the whole family. I'm just afraid ATT will reduce the trade in value of the 12 before I can get another one.
