An update of luci removed the Custom Rules tab. Not sure what new users are doing these days to change TTL.
1: Visible states there will always be a $5 minimum monthly charge.
2: The $20 referral credit takes $20 off the plan's $25 price. It basically overrides your monthly BYEBYETMO $10 discount/doesn't stack.
What exactly does this qualification mean?

I'm assuming it means that it your previous service has to be currently directly through T-Mobile, but not 100% sure.
