EDIT: nevermind, $695 annual fee, yikes. even after you factor in the $200 clear credit and $200 incidental (only 1 airline lol) plus $120 in cell phone credits, you still haven't recouped the cost. those are the most common credits I can see, the others are a lot more fringe cases.
I think penfed pathfinder is a cheaper and better card. you get global entry/pre check for free and also $100 annual incidental airline credit (across multiple carriers). annual fee is easy to waive with a $500 checking balance
on the subject of this deal, it wouldn't be difficult to port to mint and then immediately into visible. buy like 1 month of mint service. if you have multiple lines, they're running a promo right now where you can get up to 5? lines for $15 total for a few months. maybe ride that, then switch
I actually have 4 of them, 1 for each of my "business", and i'll tell you why:
200,000 signup bonus = $2k if you convert into cash, but if you transfer to airline its worth 3-4x so you can get $6-8000 business class flights for $2k or less in points
$400 in dell credit, you can use to buy computers, accessories, logitech mice and stuff but if you don't have a use, you can resell on reddit/discord for 80% value, so at minimum thats $320.
Airline Fee Credit $200, you can buy United Giftcard for $200 to use for future use OR sell at 60-70% value, so at minumum $120-$200 worth of value.
$199 clear credit - I'm not sure this is of value since clear is starting to suck, BUT they have promotions where you get either $100 travel credit or $75 uber credit with signup, so at minimum $75 value.
then the $120 wireless credit ofcourse.
so at bare minimum where dont use any of the services but redeem as straight up CASH, thats $2635 - $695 each card, then multiply by 4.
I'm traveling around the world with my Player 2 on business/first class for basically "free"
Edit: also Global Entry / TSA Precheck for free, which usually cost $100. theres still some value in tsa precheck since it gets you through security faster.
welcome to the world of churning.

If there are other terms of service for this specific promotion that someone can find mentioning switching the sim to a different phone and losing the $10 discount, please post. It would be good to know if that's the case...because it's not that unusual to get a new phone every so often.
