You are not even supposed to use this for more than 3 days. Why would you get so many at a time, just because it's free? Some people are just hopelessly selfish.

Can you put it on when wearing contacts or you can't?

Are these meant to be used at any point during the day when your eye is red or irritated? Or you put this in the morning? You don't ever use this daily right such as not if necessary?

Does it help blepharitis?

This doesn't work to help get something out of your eye? Example contacts stuck or sand or something else in your eye?

What other uses is it? Is it like saline or is it exactly saline? I heard you use saline solution if you have something stuck in your eyes.

Naphazoline works by constricting the blood vessels and suffocating the eye. It leads to rebound redness and perpetuates the need for more.

I wouldn't recommend using this for anything other than redness relief. As another commenter noted, overuse of this can cause rebound redness and the associated discomfort.

You should not use these with contacts in; and if you use the drops, you should wait at least 15 minutes prior to putting contacts back in.

If you're looking for something to help purely with dryness or to help with getting something out of your eye, a rewetting eye drops (lubricant eye drop) would be better, such as Refresh Plus. The preservative free version of this should be okay to use with contacts, but if that's frequently to be the use case, better to get one that is specifically labeled for contacts.

When I used eye drops which claimed to treat dry eye and redness, they burned and made my eyes redder (even on the first use). My ophthalmologist confirmed that redness relievers, indeed, actually contribute to red eye and recommended that patients don't use them.
