I've owned a larger bank by them and used it while in Italy for 2 weeks and have zero complaints.
for the price, there's little room for error here. I'm buying another.

For the size/output its not bad. Buy if you don't have anything that outputs 20W and you need something, otherwise wait it out. There are sometimes 30W output powerbanks for similar prices.

"I ran two capacity test which revealed the capacity of this power bank to be half of what is advertised. The highest capacity test was 5,146mAh which is half of the expected 10,000mAh. The power bank does charge devices quickly but is low capacity. Would not recommend unless you want half of what you paid for".
Maybe this reviewer forgot to include the lost %20-30 due to heat output, but even when we consider that there is still %20 to %30 battery charge missing?
