All the while, the product pages only mention a 40% (and 35%) discount with terms stating a $20 max discount.
Edit: It's a game. You've gotta experiment. Some items and quantities trigger the $20 limit earlier than others.

Interesting, I did my order via Chrome on a computer. When about to do payment options, I switched to my phone as sometimes I can use ApplePay in apps.
The discount changed from -$46.35 to -$20
So I just continued on my computer to place order as shown above...saving $46
