Tastes salty since they recently changed the ingredients. This flavor has 140mg of Sodium and all of the other flavors increased too. We don't drink Bai anymore. We used to enjoy Bai because it was a healthy flavorful drink, but we are not interested in regularly having a sports drink. They should have considered creating separate product lines.

Don't buy, they've changed the recipe - added a ton more sodium, and the flavor tastes off.

I agree. I bought a 4 flavor mix pack from Costco, and loved all the flavors except the Cherry.
