The 40% gets you to $19.99 not $12 and there is no free shipping i presume because of the 40% discount.

In cart, it says, "Congrats! The 40% off discount has been applied. -$7.99" (This is when I put one of the $19.99 priced shoes in my cart) Making the price of the shoes $12 ($19.99-$7.99=$12).


If you have a total of $49 or more for your order, shipping will be free. With only one $12 pair in cart, shipping is $8.95 for me. When I add $49 worth of items, shipping is free (in cart it says "Shipping: Standard Free").
