Good thing independent testing data does not lie and that SB3000 is WEAK for movies... compared to other options discussed here, especially for the money... ðŸ˜
I've personally built more than 10 subwoofers ranging from dual sealed 18" Daytons, ported stereo integrity 18" subwoofers, Bill flitzmauice Tuba HTs, and everything in-between. Not to mention the countless high dollar retail subs including SVS,Monolith,Martin Logan, Paradigm,Velodyne,B&W,JBL Synthesisand other ID subs... but sure I have no personal experience..
Those 3000s are cute, probably why you need so many to compensate for the lack of low end🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Also no matter how good or bad they sound not going to put a monster big black box permanently on my family room. Aesthetically ugly tbh..unless you have deicated media room.I can compromise little bit on sound quality and go for a smaller 10inch sub with mangeable foot print.

The rp weighs around 11lbs more and all its size dimensions are larger than the m10 by several inches
The SB 3000 easily competed(imo was overall better) with them and the footprint is about the size of the 10e!
The SB 3000 was just on sale for $799!
Often overlooked, proper placement is vital for optimal performance for a sub.
Not to mention every environment is different so they will not sound the same.
The 10" sealed subs I was alluding would have been the SB1000 first gen and any number of 10" sealed subs from REL, Martin Logan, and other speaker companies, which are notoriously overpriced and underperforming.

As I mentioned I compared the 12S and no pulverizing, I preferred the Sb3000 a plus was its the size of the 10e!
I have experience with the VTF-3(15" mind you) and definitely no wiping the floor!
The SB 30000 easily holds its own against it imo.
The small footprint isn't just a WAF factor, much more versatility with good placement imo.
Nothing can substitute that imo.
You can still get the SB3000 for $899 and $799 just ended.
