Just a thought for those who are willing to pay for daily use equipment.
All Hail Lord Vader!
I need a new mouse and this combo is cheaper than the brand new mouse equivalent that comes with it, but something about the design of these are not attractive to me. For example the full logitech branding is ugly, and the 123 buttons on the mouse look weird.

But it functions and corresponds to the same one two three that's on the keyboard to indicate which device it's connected to. the keyboard has three individual buttons where the mouse has a single button with an indicating light which it's set to.
1 is set to my work laptop
2 is set to my personal laptop next to it

But I wouldn't pay more than $50 for it. It's good, not great. Keyboard is sturdy. I don't use mice that often, but I haven't had any of the clicking problems referenced in the thread. No noticeable response delays (I don't use it for gaming). I drag and drop files all the time with no problem. I use the receiver (USB-A) through a dongle to a 2013 MBP. I only wish that the scroll wheel was a little more accurate and tactile.
The mouse fits perfect from the back in my palm to the length of my index finger. My middle finger is off the end a little but perfect for a right click. For reference, I wear large size men's gloves with slim fingers.
The keyboard is powered by 2 AAA batteries; the mouse has 1 AA battery. ETA: I've only changed the mouse battery once so far.

Edit: Had to download the logi software and was able to connect the keyboard after some coercing.
