I called 800 and used my Mastercard to renew the membership. The online statement clearly states it was for the membership. A few days later, I received $20 from a previous deal.

Round 2: After using $20 off $60 to renew my Gold Star membership, I used $20 off $65 to upgrade to the Executive level. Once again, I used the 800 number, and it worked perfectly. The final cost to renew the membership and upgrade to Executive was $85.
