Advertised as a gaming laptop with that pic. But it's a barebone basic spec'd laptop for grandpa.
8gb ram, nd th pitiful 256GB storage. Zen 2 too, shame
Why so many idiot companies putting 8gb soldered fuk them they are worth 200 or less then
Because this is a budget laptop that was designed and manufactured to be sold at a certain price point and the soldered memory saves them money.
They also know that the vast majority of buyers will never open the laptop to make any hardware upgrades. Most users will use the machine as is until it no longer fits their needs at which point they will throw it out and buy a new one.

SO tell me this, I'm looking for a laptop that gets me twice the battery life than my i5 9th gen gaming laptop that I really don't use for gaming anymore. It just needs to be as fast as a I5 9300h. IPS screen is a must. I need to be able to take it apart and throw a 1tb m.2 drive in it. 8gb of ram is fine (I never saw a difference when I upgraded from 8 to 16). SD card reader, USB-C is a must.
I need battery life. 8 hours plus. I think checks all the marks. I am pausing though because I swear they had one the other day at the same price that had a 512gb SSD.
