You can. You just need to put your ssn and sole proprietorship as the business type and only you as the employee
Something's wrong with this deal description, says $95 annual fee and immediately after, No annual fee.

I think someone got their wires crossed between Ink Preferred and Ink Unlimited. Which one is the increased SUB actually for?
You don't need to. You can own a business with your ssn as sole proprietorship type. There is nothing faking about it. You can intend to start something and start slow after getting the card as well.

I got this same SUB earlier this year. Would I be able to get it again with the same business and name?

The Ink Unlimited has an elevated offer for $900. The preferred actually dropped down to 900.

It's been reported that people are able to qualify for the same business ink card multiple times even for the same business in the past. Chase does seem to be a bit more stingy lately however.

Does this work in AZ too??!?
It's much simpler filing the application as a sole proprietorship. If you sell anything (including services), you're running a business even if it's just on facebook marketplace, ebay, etc. PM if you need specifics.

Can confirm. I was just approved for the second Business Unlimited card. Got the first one less than a year ago.
P.S. no annual fee

Don't they ask for business income?

Great experiences for both Chase business cards. Rewards paid out super fast once you clear minimum spends.
