edit: does paying mortgage count as purchase transaction?
I guess if someone is really desperate ,they can probably photoshop fake license #s and other supporting docs.

On a side note, a less obvious bonus to having your first Ink card is that you'll eventually qualify for referral bonuses. If you set it up right with a spouse, friend, or even someone you DM'ed on Slickdeals (ahem), you can each refer the snot out of each other and the rewards are significant.
