You can. You just need to put your ssn and sole proprietorship as the business type and only you as the employee
Something's wrong with this deal description, says $95 annual fee and immediately after, No annual fee.

I think someone got their wires crossed between Ink Preferred and Ink Unlimited. Which one is the increased SUB actually for?
You don't need to. You can own a business with your ssn as sole proprietorship type. There is nothing faking about it. You can intend to start something and start slow after getting the card as well.

Correct. During initial transactions, don't go with big GCs.

I just bought $1800 worth of Visa gift cards from Staples since they are waiving activation fees on $200 denominations. It declined the first time I swiped the card but the second time I used Samsung pay linked to the same card and it went through. Chase account shows as pending Staples purchase.
Is there a way to cash the Visa GCs? Based on other threads, it feels risky to keep them lying around for longer time

No, and that would be the definition of money laundering.
Use them to pay utilities, internet, cellphone, insurance, tuition, daycare, taxes. A lot of people will also use them at Costco, and use to load up with Amazon, but some people have had issues with paying for those using the prepaid MC/Visas.

Just got approved for the Chase Business Ink Cash card! Got approved the Southwest Card 31 days ago too - glad everything worked out for me to get both cards.

Decided to go with that one instead of this one because I like the rewards categories a lot better on that card even though the SUB is $150 less.

Are the any other personal or business cards worth taking a look at for SUB? I saw a $750 SUB for a Capital One card, but the overall sentiment on them didn't seem to hot and it sounds like pull credit from all 3 credit unions.

If you travel a few times a year and your airport has 1 or more Priority Pass lounges, the C1VX card is really nice as it includes PP membership. Also there is a $300 / year travel credit plus 10,000 yearly points ($100 or more depending how you use them) means the card pays you. Note however that the $300 credit has to be used on the C1 travel portal which has "issues" (like people arriving at hotels and the reservation isn't on file, and other nasty stuff that you learn to book and then verify to make sure all is good).

I have a business with an EIN. Just me. But I don't normally spend 6k in a year with my business. I know they closed the whole buy quarters with a card and deposit them in your bank thing long ago. What else can I do that is similar that will allow me to churn 6k?

Your 5/24 isn't limited to solely chase cards. How much spend do you put on your chase cards annually?

I don't think you need to spend everything for your business. Generally you can put all the spends in this card. Don't go buying thousands of dollars of Gift cards. You could justify any spend as done for business. If you have any questions. Reach out via PM.

Never had an issue buying GCs. It is not against the T&C. Only issue was using my brand new card for a large GC purchase, but that's just because it was a new card and they needed to verify that it was me.
It's not incredibly clear.

From Chase t&c:
("Purchases" do not include balance transfers, cash advances, travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, wire transfers or similar cash-like transactions, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, any checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable.)

Depends whether GCs are considered cash-like, it seems.

Dumb question, but can a legitimate business open multiple of these?

Yes, you can open the same card multiple times too.
