FYI these aren't rigid cylinders; they have no internal structure other than at the bottom. It depends on the wrapping paper rolls in it to stand up or otherwise not collapse.

I glued in a piece of cardboard and added a big cardboard tube to give it structure, but that was probably more effort than it was worth.

I use thin rubber bands (from flowers and other packaging) to keep the rolls together, then put them in a tall plastic bag (shopping bag from some store), tie the bag handles and lean this whole construction against the corner in a closet. This solution has been in operation for 2 decades now. Smilie Completely free.
