This is a huge YMMV. Was on clearance 2-3 months ago almost everywhere and at the time you could actually see the clearance price on the online listing still. This post was downvoted due to a improper link but people were finding it then. https://slickdeals.net/f/17581755

Check the expiration date on them. When they're marked way down, they tend to be close to expired.

There is supposedly a new version planned for this, so that might be the reason for clearance as I was told at one store near me.
