I have many Osprey bags that I buy and never use.

Looks more like a carry on that you can put on your back. I don't think fully stuffed it will fit under a seat, i think flight attendants will ask you to put it in the overhead if you pack it tight which kind of makes this annoying to take on a plane since it is designed to carry things like laptop, chargers, and tablets which you would want to have without having to stand up and grab it from overhead. But if you don't put too much stuff should be fine.

I know this is a dead deal but I have this bag and fly with it a ton.

It will not fit under an aisle seat on a Southwest Airlines 737. The bag is too wide. It will fit under a middle or window though it can be tight if full.
