If you search there are some with a RTX 3050 or a 1650 in the $430 range. These would already have the larger PSU needed to run them.
HP : "we've got a great phoney computer to sell ya!"
People : "an I just happen to have some phoney money"

For anyone wondering how they achieved an odd 12GB RAM in a desktop form factor. This config looks like it may have been built for Costco originally.

As a power Jellyfin user, I'd focus on obtaining media you can direct play to your TV so no transcoding is required. It makes a world of difference not having to transcode.

The one this thread is about would need a power supply upgrade plus a video card and that would cost more than just buying the right one to begin with.
Like the other person said the integrated graphics just aren't enough. Some people claim it is enough for fortnite if you lower all the video quality settings to 720p and complete garbage but I disagree. Who wants to play a game that can look beautiful at settings that make it look horrible?
Unlike a Mac you can probably make it a hackintosh and do upgrades replace the 4gb stock with another 8gb for 25 bucks and toss the 4gb out worth 10 bucks.
Ram is 50-60 bucks
CPU and gpu like 50-100
HDD 1tb like 40bucks
SSD 256 like 40 bucks.
Case 30-50 bucks.
It's a good deal for basics but I don't like the ram and HDD. unlike macs that can never be upgraded. So you got that going if it was soldered ram and HDD this would be worth less than 200.
But if I can deduct 50 excluding the those items I would. As I'll get my own parts. I would build it myself instead.
Diy entities like me keep prices low for these PCs. Thank us. Unlike apple that spikes prices while offering very little value.
