Definitely it's heavy for uphill comparing to my 17ish LBS road bike but it's doable without power. Actually I like downhill because of weight hahaha.
I am not happy about gear shifting… probably I might need to adjust myself even though my dealer did tune up for the bike. Brake felt decent but not super great. Probably I need break-in period then I thought about crosscore brake should be better since it's heavier than Wabash….
If so, I did not heard anything after initial order and email confirmation. Email confirmation said that they will send additional update then 7 days later, I got a phone call from my dealer and said my bike is ready to pickup. Looks like my order went through immediately then Yamaha shipped next day or two since I was one of people who ordered earlier then it took 3-4 days to deliver to my bike shop then they assembled it right away.
What doesn't make sense it that Yamaha apparently puts the same width bars on the small and medium, They should be 40cm and 42cm IMO.
I also have a Juiced RipRacer because of SD.

Don't know I will replace or not…
BTW wabash RT small size is 46.8lbs with stock pedal. I will replace pedal tomorrow then I might add a little more weight but less care about weight for ebike haha.

To do:
1, the rear der needs a little tuning
2, the chain lube is a heavy oil. Brake cleaner, then wax lube to change
3, another set of rims with road tires to see what that does. Some work since the rear hub speed magnet setup needs to be xferred/2nd bought (else assist won't work), potentially with a little grinding on the new wheel's center lock rotor ring.

Possible to swap my Ultegra or XTR groupset over?
