Confirmed, not eligible
May I ask, why did you choose the Cash option if you are more interested in using rewards points?
I got 15% off ($15 max) last week on four different Amazon accounts.
All the discounts dropped to 10% yesterday.
Now, the rest of the accounts turned to 'not eligible.
