This offer seems to work on any gift card sold by "ACI Gift Cards, LLC., an Amazon company", digital or physical. If it's sold by "Amazon.com Services LLC," it won't work. This is how AMAZON kills AE promotion with errors like

"Sorry! You do not have a valid rewards balance available"

When you have plenty of reward points on your CC LOL.

Hmmm… seems this one is dead.
I got 15% off ($15 max) last week on four different Amazon accounts.
All the discounts dropped to 10% yesterday.
Now, the rest of the accounts turned to 'not eligible.

Is more base on Amazon account instead of AE card. I would create more account accounts instead of get another AE card unless it's free. I got 40% on July and 10% this round on the same account and card.

Yup. I call CS AE and they told me they no longer support tha points option for blue card since Oct, 2023. 😭😭😭😭 Bye bye 30% off for me anyway.
