I agree the savings from 'regular' price looks sparse, but I think $2.77 reg price for 1oz of name brand Cortisone 10 1% hydrocortisone is low... Possibly $2.77 was already a reduced price? Others, even Amazon, sell this for $5+?

I'm pretty sure Dollar Tree has the same 1 oz generic brand 1% hydrocortisone cream for $1.25. Still, this is a good deal if you really want a "name brand" product.
