The vacuum function looks good on paper and is OK for pure leaves, but the fan gets jammed easily by twigs, so you're often stopping, dissembling and unjamming.

Yes I have this after my zillion year old B&D blew out the bag and the garbage pail attachment.

This is better on paper but not in real world. Bad at blowing into a pile and vac clogged constantly.

Blow with my Ryobi 40v and shovel into a sit on pail shredding type. That clogs too but quick jab with shovel inside and it keeps working. Overall less headache and still fewer bags but they are heavy

Unless you have small, extremely dry leaves this doesn't have enough suction to be useful

Add to the "complaints" that this thing is so ridiculously short that if you're taller than 5' 4", you're in for world of misery trying to have the vac tube actually reach the ground.

Do you have one? I've had mine for YEARS and unless you are sucking up wet stuff which i wouldn't do, its been great. Chops everything up. This isn't a device to just throw logs in and expect them to be turned to dust. leaves and very small brush is what its for.

Yes, I have one. No one said anything about logs.

same experience. Have another worx model, but leaves, twigs, and occasionally rubbish from the street - everything got mulched with no issues.
