Bought this to help keep my parts sorted and my iFixIt mat wasn't quite enough.
The IFixIt mat is thicker, with better magnetism, but also costs over twice as much.
This one is significantly larger, the magnetism is good enough for all the small parts and springs to keep them from rolling away. It's less then 50% as thick and prone to warping but it is shipped in a flat package so it's not much of an issue.
I'll buy another one of these over the iFixIt."
