* Go to "Manage" button at bottom-right of the T-Life app
* Tap the setting gear at top right of the app
* Scroll down to "Preferences" > "Location Access"
* Tap "Update" (takes you to Android app permissions)
* Enable location for "Only while using the app" with precise location on ("ask every time" didn't work)
* Go back to app, now it shows "settings" instead of update
* Swipe to close the T-Life app
* Re-open T-Life app
* Tap "see all your perks" or "Status" button
* Pull down to refresh
* It finally showed up
* Claimed it and turned location permission back off
To the people that it isn't showing up for, how far is your nearest Tropical Smoothie Cafe location? My location is 14 miles away
I'm thinking you have to be within a certain radius for it to show because it did show under the "Next Tuesday" tab but today it was completely gone
