This is the U processor not even the H, hence no arc graphics.
We've had envy 2-in-1s with the H processor and OLED display (maybe with less ram or storage) for a few bucks more and Yogas with the more powerful and efficient AMD 8000 chips, numerous of times in the recent past
You're basically buying a 13th Gen i7 that's more power/battery efficient.
