How is this considered anywhere near a slick deal at only $12 off? Extra odd to me that it's even posted by a staff member. these are the kinds of posts that start to make slickdeals not worth looking at. Waste of our time. Don't get me wrong, I greatly appreciate when staff or members or the community take the time to post, but Slickdeals got its name and reputation having the best deals not just any mediocre deal.

Gaming and 100Hz should not go together. I guess if you are just playing MMO's or RPG's but sure as heck no FPS.

I really like these ultra wide monitors for work but not sure its worth replaceing 2 24" 1080p monitors i already have... decisions.

it's well worth replacing 2x 1080p. 1440p gives you more vertical height and zero bezel in the middle. 100hz is enough for most gaming and work as the mouse will feel MUCH smoother. past 120hz i dont notice much difference
