I would like to meet the person that paid $130 for a single 3ah battery. I know why they do it but really dislike the artificially high msrp just to mark it down to near a reasonable price. It's like the invicta watch model
3ah just aren't worth it. If you're gonna buy a batter go 5ah or more. Most people probably have a bunch of different 1.5 or 2ah that came with their tools, no point in buying one a little bigger.
The tech is older, the batteries are larger and less dense. So it's bigger, heavier, and holds less of a charge compared to the newer batteries. Look at these batteries and do a quick search for DeWalt batteries, you'll see the difference. If you don't care about any of that. Might be worth it depending on your situation.

Also the cells are different..these old batteries are terrible compared to powerstacks
I don't have DeWalt, but I do have Black & Decker...Will this battery fit my B+D either with an adapter, or with some modification with a Dremel? Anyone's advice is appreciated! My B+D batteries are dying a slow death...
