You buy a gift card of Lowe's from Newegg then what? What's "order on and so on until it's $200 worth"? What does that mean?
Long answer: They're referring to buying a discounted gift card, using it at full face value to buy more discounted gift cards, and repeating the process thereby compounding the discount repeatedly. It's not even potentially possible on this deal because you can't use a Lowe's gift card on Newegg to buy more Lowe's cards.

I use to shop at lowes when they had their coupons that were easy to use. But their prices are still to high.

Menards - any off brand items
Local lumberyard - lumber
Home depot - rest/standard.
