Check with someone in store. I was able to pick up two at $149.70 each even though they were listed at $299.40 on their website. They were limited quantities and the website wouldn't let me order for pickup, so it's a big YMMV.
When I checked trade-in value with the Google store they showed the 7a at $300.

Hey do you think this was an in-store discounted price only for it be at the lower price of $149?

I think I will go check my local store as I cracked my 6a today and I could use a break on the cost to replace.

$249 for me and grabbed the last one I saw in San Diego. Good enough and new enough with OS updates through May '26 and Security Updates through May '28. Same price as used. Good but not great deal. $149 is awesome but I had the one option.

My local had three and I purchased one at $149.70! I thought about grabbing the other two and flipping for a profit but not sure of the market for this phone. I'm sure the 8a will be discounted around the Holidays.

My local Target had zero in stock although the website still does report it as in stock there. Is it common for the inventory info online to be inaccurate?

Went to my local Target (shows in stock online on Target app) price was $147 but CSR couldn't find one in any of the drawers including locked ones. He did find a 128gb pixel 7 pro but it was still price at $449.

Wasn't this selling for $220 to 230 a few months ago? New and even refurbished? Why did the price on this increase so much everywhere to 300 plus?
