I believe if you bring the pre approval info in branch they *should* honor it (tell em you applied online and got pre approved)

I was ovet 5 years last time I went to branch, yet they couldn't see I qualified for csp. Even worse, they couldn't see I ever had csp! They called chase credit card dept, which couldn't see it either. Such a mess. I even had paper statement and account number to show them afterwards.No help.
Then I applied for chase Marriott successfully online instead. Don't trust in branch or phone rep.

Thank you. Such a mess. Now I wonder, if their systems can't keep a record of past sign up bonuses or cards we applied, why wouldn't it work if we just apply naively. Where did you learn about the 4yr waiting period for SUB qualifications?
