Sadly, that is everywhere now. Full service restaurants are the worst since most of the time the service actually sucks. I stopped going out to eat unless it's a very special occasion.

Fortunately, it looks like there is no exclusion to dine in with this deal. $6 is not terrible for a large, bakery-quality slice of cake.

I'm also convinced they're a lot smaller. I used to stretch a slice into at least 2, maybe 3 desserts. Now I can easily finish a slice. Not worth the $10-11

This is why I normally just go during lunch or happy hours for the lower pricing.

We were actually there this past weekend, haven't been since well before COVID. Got the herb crusted chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes.
I have to say, it was really good, and my wife and I split the meal and were both happy.
I can't speak to much else, and the cheesecake slices for $12 are ridiculously expensive. But, I could see going here and splitting a meal and a piece of cheesecake for $30 (+tax/tip).
We actually like getting takeout and eating it right there, to avoid all the unnecessary gratuity "mandates".

I'm not doing this deal because I'm waiting for the return of the "free slice of joy" promo.
